About B&B Zonnegloren

Bed & Breakfast Zonnegloren is located in the heart of The Netherlands only a couple of minutes away from Amersfoort, Utrecht and Amsterdam in a villa which was originally planned and built in 1925 as the residence of the director-doctor of the Zonnegloren sanatorium. Today it hosts one of the most beautiful bed & breakfast in the small town Soest.

The villa was designed by architect H.F. Mertens who combined very modern architectural insights with traditional architectural materials. The house is very light all day long and enjoys as much as possible from sunshine entering the house through all surrounding trees.

Nowadays the villa is residence to the Bouwman family who runs the bed & breakfast Zonnegloren.

Enjoy nature, sports and very nice and beautiful cities around Soest. You can hire bikes, walk through the dunes or just use the public transport to see more of The Netherlands. Feel at home and enjoy this beautiful location for a short or longer stay.
